What exactly am I renting?

A private, timed session on real console hardware, streamed to your device over a low-latency connection. You get a dedicated guest profile so your progress stays separate from everyone else's.

What do I need on my side?

A Windows PC, Mac, or Steam Deck, the free Moonlight and Tailscale apps, any modern game controller (wired or Bluetooth), and a stable internet connection of 20+ Mbps (wired is best). Keyboard-and-mouse isn't supported.

What is Tailscale, and why do I need it?

It's a well-known, free networking app that securely connects your device to your session — no router setup or port forwarding on your end. It's a one-time install; we send you a one-time key before every session so only you can connect.

We host on wired fibre with hardware encoding, so most players on a solid connection see console-like responsiveness. We recommend running a quick network test before your first session.

Is my data or account safe?

Yes. You never touch our accounts or desktop — the session is sandboxed to the game only, and you play on an isolated guest profile. Payment is by UPI/QR directly to us, so we never see your card or bank details.

Does my progress get saved?

Your guest profile keeps your saves so you can continue next time you book, subject to our save-retention window. Want to guarantee long-term progress to finish a game? A Progress Keeper add-on is coming.

What happens if my connection drops?

If the issue is on our side (host or our network) you get a full refund or a free reschedule. If it's on your end, no refund applies — every session is monitored so we can tell the difference fairly.

Can I get a refund or reschedule?

You can reschedule once for free. If a session genuinely couldn't happen because of us, raise a refund request from your bookings and we'll review it and process it.

Will Marvel's Wolverine Come to PC?

Marvel's Wolverine launches September 15, 2026, and like its announcement trailer made clear, it's console-only at launch — no PC version has been confirmed.

What the developer's done before

This isn't the studio's first console-exclusive superhero game, and the pattern from the last two is consistent: both eventually reached PC, but well after their console debut — one about three years later, the other closer to eighteen months. Neither launched day-one, or even year-one, on PC.
